General Description
C-TS　112-V2 16CH 100MHz Scaler is used for high speed FAST NIM signal of maximum input frequency 100MHz .  It has the circuit including 16 channels of independent 24 bits high speed counter . The signal on channel overflowed is output to read line R1 to R16 by CMAC function . It inhibits 16 channels counter at the same time.
